It has been established that the Designer be of necessity self-existent, perfect and personal. Humanity has been established (as well as creation itself) as groaning and groping toward purpose. This pursuit is futile.
It has been established that it is necessary for the Designer to find us and to communicate with us. This will be a personal disclosure of His plan and person. When He speaks, it will be truth and this truth will be accessible to all, self-authenticating and universally authoritative.
In retrospect, the Designer has already spoken to us all generally through creation and by the design in each individual body and soul-ishness. He now must speak more specifically and personally so that we might understand His purpose and His person.
What better way to communicate His provision for us than through a written document, compiled over several hundred years by various authors who wrote His complete and connected thought (plot-line) without error in the original document. (Come up with a better method!) The transmission and preservation of such a document must be obviously accessible, self-authenticating and universally authoritative.
But how could the designed ones understand and appropriate the meaning of such a document?!
